10-Year Wall Panel Warranty

Wet Wall Works warrants that, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty, as set out in this document, for a period of 10 years from the date of supply of wall panels from Wet Wall Works to the purchaser (you).

• The wall panels will not crack, blister or delaminate and will remain watertight on the condition that the panels are fitted and sealed correctly in accordance with our fitting guidelines, and;
• If the panels crack, blister or delaminate, or do not remain waterproof after being fitted and sealed correctly, they will at Wet Wall Work selection, be replaced (supplied not fitted) or repaired without cost to you, or you will be refunded the price paid for the wall panels only (not including any delivery or fitting costs incurred at the time of purchase).

Exclusions and Limitations

• This warranty is not transferrable to any subsequent owner of your property
• This warranty will be void where:
  • The panels have been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident by you or any third party
  • The panels have been damaged in transit by you or any third party acting on your behalf or where panels have been signed for – panels cannot be signed for as unchecked.
  • The panel surface has been modified, repaired or altered in any way by you or any third party
  • Faulty panel installation or storage by you or any third party
  • Incorrect use of cleaning products such as bleach or other chemicals (see below for care of product info)
  • Panel failure due to ingress of water the bottom of the panel where an appropriate seal has not been used
  • The panels are affixed to a building that has experienced structural movement and/or defects and/or cracking.

This warranty applies to the panels only. It does not apply to silicone (or sealing) and where silicone (or sealing) has been applied.
This warranty does not apply if, prior to installation, the protective film (where present) has not been completely removed and checked for the following,

• Flaws or defects in laminate
• Colour shade matching and sheen levels between panels and profiles

Wet Wall Works will not be liable under this warranty for any damages, losses, costs or expenses including, without limitation, loss of market, loss or profit, loss of production or for any financial or economic loss including indirect or consequential loss or damage which may be suffered by you or by any third party arising out of or in any way connected with the failure of the panel or any defect in materials and workmanship except as provided in this warranty.

The obligations of Wet Wall Works under this warranty will be limited to one of the following at the election of Wet Wall Works

• be replaced (supplied not fitted) or repaired without cost to you or
• be refunded the price paid for the wall panels only (not including any delivery or fitting costs incurred at the time of purchase)

Notwithstanding any other provision of this warranty, Wet Wall Works’ liability arising from, under or in connection with
this warranty will be limited to the full replacement value of the panels.

You acknowledge that Wet Wall Works is not the manufacturer of the panels supplied.
To the extent permitted by law, Wet Wall Works shall not be liable as the manufacturer of the panels supplied.

This warranty is only valid and enforceable in Australia

How to Claim

Upon discovery of any evidence of cracking, blistering or delamination or of the panel no longer being waterproof and to make a claim under this warranty, you must promptly contact Wet Wall Works via telephone on 08 6424 9629 or email Customer Service at info@wetwallworks.com.au. You must provide a copy of your invoice, proof of payment and photographs of the panels. Wet Wall Works will then arrange to inspect the panels and if required, fulfil its obligations under this warranty.

You agree that any costs you incur in claiming under this warranty will be borne by you and will not be recoverable from Wet Wall Works.

Wet Wall Works and/or its representative shall have a reasonable time to repair, replace or refund you in respect to any panel failure that Wet Wall Works in its sole discretion considers valid.
If Wet Wall Works considers that you are not entitled to claim under this warranty, Wet Wall Works may at its sole discretion charge you their then-current call out fee.

By making a claim, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this warranty.

Care of Products

Keep wall, ceiling and flooring products out of direct sunlight, not suitable for outdoor use. Do not use any abrasive materials or bleach based cleaning fluids on our products, only mild detergent and water should be used with a soft cloth to clean.
